My wife and I bought a Polaroid in Dec of 06. By March of 07 it was broken. We called for service and waited more than a month and a month later was told the “customer service company” changed and we’d have to start over again(while we continued to pay for a broken TV). We were then told we would have to wait for a part and that came a month later. A month after that a sweaty guy with a screwdriver(no really thats all he had) showed up and attemped to install the part which we found when we unpacked it was not just broken but smashed! When I called back they said they would send me a new TV and that would take a month. A few weeks later they called and said we don’t have any TV’s in stock and would give us a refund and we’d have to send the TV back to them. WHAT! how do you have no TVs in stock, and why do I have to pay for the boxing of the thing? Now that they have the TV they say I’m going to have to wait 30 days for a refund? STAY AWAY FROM POLOROID!!!Here is what The BBB said “You should be aware that the company you have filed a complaint against maintains an unsatisfactory customer experience record with the BBB of Minnesota and North Dakota. In the BBB’s experience, this company may or may not resolve complaints presented to them. “
