As I said in the tittle this is the best deal out there I have found. I purchased this LCD w/ extended warrenty for just under $675.00. The brand name is not known very well but has been around for awhile, they are a recent combination of three companies “Syntax Groups Corporation”, “Brillian Corporation”, & Vivitar Corporation” and is however one of the fastest growing TV manufacturers out there. They are an Asian Company with biuld shops in the USA.

As for the LCD in review there are actually two different sub-models to this LCD one has 1 HDMI & the other has 2 HDMI ports thats the easiest way to tell the differnce. This however is not listed on the box niether is the fact it will actually do 1080P (but it will). As for the setup I have a bit of advantage since I am a “CCST” (Certified COntrol System Technician) I found it to be no harder that any other. The Picture Quality is Great in the set, The various amount of inputs & outputs makes this a very versatle TV. I have found in comparing this TV to others that have the same specs that it is one of the best picture in comparison but all the others where at lest $200.00 more. The actual channel changing prob well thats where the pricing comes in the processor that drives the tuner is slow it takes 1.5 sec bewtween channels, but if you have an HD cable or sat box you wont even use the tuner inside the set, so for me its a non-issue. I would agree that the remote is kinda low grade also but most people these days are using a universal remote anyways such as I am so again its a non-issue to me.

All in All as I said I would recomed this to anyone getting into the LCD market looking for a good picture with minimal investment. I Love mine
